Election Commission of India has officially published the last SIR 2002 voter list for all states on the official CEO portal of the respective states. Citizens of India can now check their name in the 2002 voter list for states where last SIR happened in 2002 and as per the last SIR year of their state.
Election commission is also starting the new nationwide SIR in November 2025 starting with Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Maharashtra. So, it becomes important if your name was available in the earlier SIR or not. You can easily check your name in last SIR by selecting your district and part or download the PDF files available on the official websites.

To check your name in the 2002 or last SIR voter list of your state, go to the check name link of your state, select your district, assembly constituency and part number to view the list or download PDF files of voter list.

Search Name in old 2002-2003 SIR E-Roll (Voter List) on ECI Portal
You can also visit the official website of ECI to check your name in the old SIR voter list, follow the below process.
STEP 1: Visit the official ECI Website’s old SIR link.
STEP 2: Select your state, district, assembly constituency and polling station name and then click on “View” button to see the list. For some states, selection option for district, AC & polling station is available on the official portal of the state election commission.
STEP 3: In the new tab, Old SIR voter list PDF for the selected polling station will open, you can search your name in the PDF.
