As you may know, after the Parliamentary Elections held in April-May 2024, Haryana and & UT of Jammu & Kashmir have already chosen their government and Maharashtra & Jharkhand are voting to elect their new state governments. The Haryana Assembly Elections 2024 and Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections are scheduled for November 2024. In addition to these major elections, by-elections and voting for various political positions occur regularly across the country.

How to Download Voter List PDF?
Voters list of each state always keeps changing because every day new voters apply for their name inclusion in voter list for casting their vote in the elections. Some names are removed from the list. So, it is always important to download latest voter list PDF from the official ECI website or the official portal of chief electoral officer of your respective state.
Below is the step by step process to download Voter List PDF from ECI Voter’s Portal
You can download latest final voters list PDF using your mobile phone as well as computer or laptop. Just follow these below steps.
STEP 1: Visit the Electoral Roll download page of official voter’s service portal of ECI at https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll. The opened page will look like below.
STEP 2: Now after landing on this page, select your State, District, Assembly Constituency and Language in the form. After selecting the assembly constituency, part wise voter list will be displayed on your screen as below.
STEP 3: Now find your part name in the list and click on blue color download icon in front of your name under the “Final Roll – 2024” column. Remember to enter the captcha text in the textbox to download the PDF. You can also navigate between the part list by using the pagination arrows below the list, by default only 20 part details are shown by default. You can also change that number to maximum 50 from the bottom of the list, as given in below image.
STEP 4: Save the voter list PDF file at your desired location, the file contains the complete list of voters for that part, the first page of every voter list PDF looks like below which contains some essential information about the list.
The information on the first page includes the following:
- No. Name and Reservation Status of Assembly Constituency
- No. Name and Reservation Status of Parliamentary Constituency(ies) in which the Assembly Constituency is located
- Details of Revision
- Roll Identification
- Details of part and polling area including No. and name of sections in the part
- Polling station details such as No. and Name of Polling Station, Type of Polling Station (Male/Female/General), Address of Polling Station
- Number of electors
Page 2 of the Voters list contains the map of the assembly constituency and the photo of the polling station.
Page 3 is where the actual list of voters starts. The third page of the PDF looks like below. The voter list contains the following information of each voter.
- Voter ID Number or EPIC Number
- Name
- Father’s Name
- House Number
- Age and Gender
- Information regarding the photo availability
STEP 5: Open the file in your PDF viewer, now you can search for your name in the downloaded PDF by pressing “ctrl+f” on your desktop / laptop or tapping on the search icon in your mobile phone.
You can also print this list for any physical use.
Deleted Voter’s Information in Voters List PDF
The downloaded PDF of voters may also contains the names of voters who have been deleted for any reason, etc. The deleted voter is displayed in the list like below image.
