Election Commission of India has started releasing the list of deleted voters (ASD List) of the 12 states where SIR is being conducted in 2nd phase. Deleted voter list of 11 states and union territories has been uploaded and can be downloaded in part wise PDF format for each assembly.
This list is also called ASD list which stands for Absentee, Shifted, Dead. This list includes the names of voters who were removed from the SIR Draft Electoral Rolls. As directed by the Supreme Court, the Election Commission has now published the district-wise ASD List on its official website. Each entry also includes the reason for removal, such as double registration, migration/shifted, or death.

This list has been released on 16th, 19th and 23rd December 2025 and the list of remaining state Uttar Pradesh will be released on 31st December.
