Below is the complete step by step process to download the SIR 2002 voter list PDF of Uttar Pradesh (published in 2003) and check your name.
STEP 1: Visit the official website of UP CEO at this link. The page will be displayed like this.
STEP 2: Now, select your district and Assembly Constituency from the list and click on “Show” button.
STEP 3: Now, you will see the part wise voter list PDF download links as shown in below image.
STEP 4: Now click on the “Download” button, a captcha dialog will open, enter the captcha, click on “Submit” and file will be download to your computer/mobile.
STEP 5: The downloaded PDF will be displayed as below.
STEP 6: Only 10 parts are being displayed at once on the page, you can click on the number navigation below the parts list to go to other pages and find your part name and download link.
How to Check Name in UP 2002-2003 voter list PDF?
The downloaded PDF’s are not searchable, so you can not search your name, voter ID or any other detail. You will have to manually go through the whole PDF file to find if your name is present in the voter list or not.
