Election Commission of India (ECI) has started 2026 SIR process which will require many existing voters to prove their eligibility for inclusion in new voter list by showing their voter record in 2002 (Old) SIR voter list. Now, for this purpose, ECI has digitized all old SIR voter records and provided a search facility on its official website.
To find your record, you have to select your State, District, Assembly Constituency, and Polling Station Number. After that, enter your Name and Relative's Name (father, mother, husband, or guardian name), complete the CAPTCHA verification, and click the Search button.

Find Your Details in 2002 Voter List Using Name, Relative Name & Electoral Details at voters.eci.gov.in
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official ECI website voters.eci.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, you will find the "Search Your Name in Last SIR" as shown in below screenshot.
STEP 2: Select your State from the "Select state in last SIR" dropdown. Choose your District from the available list. Select your Assembly Constituency (AC). Enter the Elector Full Name in Last SIR (this field is mandatory). If available, you can provide additional details such as:
- Polling Station Number and Name
- Part Serial Number
- Elector Age
- Relative Type (Father, Mother, Husband, etc.)
- Relative Full Name
Enter the Captcha Code shown on the screen. Click the Search button as shown in below image
STEP 3: If a matching record is found, your details from the Last SIR Electoral Roll will be displayed. If no record is found, verify the information entered and try again or contact your Booth Level Officer (BLO) for assistance.
