Chief Electoral Officer of Jharkhand has published the Jharkhand voter list 2002 on the official portal at ceojh.jharkhand.gov.in. State residents can now check their name in the voter list and download the District & Assembly wise PDF of entire voter list.
Election Commission recently has announced 2nd phase of All India SIR starting 28th October 2025 and shared the list of documents for voter verification under SIR. However, Jharkhand’s name is not in the list of 12 states which will undergo this SIR but in the next phase it may be included. Election Commission also has published the direct link to check name in Jharkhand 2002 voter list on its official website voters.eci.gov.in.
Actually, the voter list revision of Jharkhand was done in 2003 and the list was published on 10 February 2003. But, it is generally referred as 2002 voter list because many other states underwent SIR in 2002 and Jharkhand SIR was done in the very beginning of 2003.

STEP 3: Select Roll Type (Electoral Roll 2003), district, assembly constituency and part number in the form, enter the captcha text and click on “Ok” button.
STEP 4: After clicking on the “Ok” button, the list of selected part or selected assembly & district will be downloaded in the PDF format as shown below.
Check Name in Jharkhand Voter List 2002
After downloading the PDF, you can easily check your name in the PDF by matching your name and husband / father name. The PDF files downloaded from official site are not machine readable, so you can not search your name.
